The wide land surrounding the farmhouse is planted with olive groves, orchards and different kinds of vegetables, whose products are used in our cuisine for dishes that communicate the essence of a genuine and evocative land. You will try tasty dishes seasoned with our extra-virgin olive oil coming from our over 1000 olive trees of 3 different qualities: "Leccine", "Frantoiane" and "Salelle".
The rich and tasty dishes are prepared based on the rules of the famous “Mediterranean diet” and follow the advices handed down from Aunt Delia to her family. Delia Notaro has been devoted cook in service of the Keys family for over 25 years and told Mrs. Keys the age-old recipes of the Cilento, on the base of which Angel Keys developed the guidelines of his famous food theory.
Chef of Amalfi Gennaro Contaldo often visits our farmhouse. He is fond of natural and genuine food and very well-known in Northern Europe, especially in London, where he opened the “Passione” restaurant.
